Andrea Occhipinti's 'Alkes' is the result of a brief maceration, lasting just one night, to give this delicate, long-lasting rosé wine its graceful, bright colour. The nose reveals fresh cherry, rose petals and a slight herbaceous nuance, while the palate develops a fresh, slender and very smooth line. It pairs well with fish appetisers and Mediterranean cuisine, and is ideal with octopus salad
