Exclusive wineryLiquori Bureau's Amaro 'Amaronauta' represents the adventure of the seas and ancient trade routes. Born in the lands of lower Piedmont, with exotic botanicals imported from those voyages and enriched with local roots such as Alpine gentian, this contemporary liqueur takes over 3 months to produce. The separate hydro-alcoholic infusion of the various botanicals at room temperature preserves the essential oils, resulting in a bright straw-yellow bitter, completely natural and free of artificial colours and flavours, designed for modern explorers.
The Amaro 'Amaronauta' from the young production reality of Piemonte, Liquori Bureau, is an amaro capable of intoxicating the senses with its fresh citrus aromas. This liqueur “symbolizes the millennial charm of the search and exploration of the world's boundaries” being produced with botanicals from all continents. Liquori Bureau was founded in 2020 in Frugarolo, in the province of Alessandria, from the intuition of Michelangelo Buzzi, inspired by a family tradition dating back to the 18th century.
To produce the Amaro Liquori Bureau 'Amaronauta', it takes over three long months. It all begins with the selection of fine ingredients from all over the world, such as cocoa, ginger, and rhubarb, enriched by local botanicals like Mediterranean citrus and alpine gentian. Each ingredient is processed separately through a hydroalcoholic infusion at room temperature aimed at extracting the essential oils contained in the botanicals without altering the proteins. Throughout the entire production process,
the use of colorants and artificial flavors is excluded and the amaro is finally bottled after a double cellulose filtration. To the eye, the Amaro 'Amaronauta' from Liquori Bureau reveals a bright straw yellow hue. On the nose, intense and evocative sensations of citrus, ginger, cocoa, and bitter roots are perceived, in a harmonious blend of the exotic and the Mediterranean. The taste strikes for its decisiveness and balance, as well as for the long persistence on the olfactory perceptions. The producer's advice is to enjoy the Amaro 'Amaronauta' neat, with ice, or chilled from the fridge, avoiding the freezer. Moreover, this liqueur is suitable for preparing original cocktails… so let creativity flow!
