The Barolo "Bricco delle Viole" Vajra is more than what you would find in an elegant red wine. As a child, when he wanted return, with his grandparents, from Turin in Barolo to be a farmer, Aldo Vaira has always had clear his mission. The "Bricco delle Viole" comes from the oldest vines of the Vajra who are also the last to see the harvest, a unique and dangerous at the same time, in the fall because the weather can change quickly. The risk, however, brings with it a great aromaticity; notes of cherry liqueur perfectly blended with those of dark berries, violets and dried roses.
