The Aligoté from Maison Albert Bichot is a fresh and immediate Burgundy wine, with a pronounced and surprising savory character. It is produced with grapes from all over Burgundy, mainly from the cool areas around Auxerre. The pale straw yellow color introduces delicate aromas of white flowers, apple, and pear. On the palate, one enjoys a fresh, energetic sip with marine minerality. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany salads and fish dishes
