Duca di Salaparuta's Cabernet Franc "Suòlo" is produced in the Tenuta di Suor Marchesa, famous for its limestone soils that lend elegance to the wines. The nose is ample, with hints of blackberry and currant intertwined with floral notes, balsamic sensations and green hints reminiscent of pepper, typical of Cabernet. The palate reveals gentle tannins, excellent balance and vibrant freshness. Perfect to drink now but may surprise with a few years on the shoulders
