The Champagne Brut "Collection 247" from the famous winery Louis Roederer is a fresh and enveloping sparkling wine that seduces the palate with a velvety and soft sip. This label is made with carefully selected grapes of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier and an aging on its own lees of at least 48 months. The color is deep straw yellow with golden reflections, and on the nose, notes of peach, dried fruit, honey, and butter emerge. The taste is decisive, mineral, fruity, elegant, and with a long persistent finish.
