The Champagne Brut Nature 'Eclosion Pur Meunier' by Dremont Marroy is a vintage sparkling wine that aims to express the authenticity of Pinot Meunier. In the cellar, egg-shaped concrete tanks and wooden barrels are used to promote oxygenation during the aging on the lees. On the nose, it is very complex, with hints of almond and frangipane crowned by vanilla and salty notes. On the palate, it is crisp, lively, and broad with persistent freshness and great savory tension.
