The Chardonnay ‘Il Mio Nudo’ from Montalbera is born in Castiglione Tinella, in the Piedmont Langhe. It is a mature expression of an international grape variety, yet always capable of giving expressions that communicate the territory. For this purpose, the winery uses only non-toasted French oak tonneaux in winemaking and fermentation, to alter little and allow a natural evolution of the wine. On the nose, it offers intense notes of ripe fruit, such as ripe banana, loquat, and also floral hints of acacia. On the palate, it is broad, with great structure, intense freshness, and a mineral profile that invites a second sip. Perfect with white meats or soft cheeses
