The Cinque Terre Bianco by Possa is a macerated white wine made from the regional varieties Bosco and Albarola, grown on the Ligurian terraces. It is a fresh and light wine, with a savory aftertaste and Mediterranean notes.

The Cinque Terre Bianco is born in the light of the ancient winemaking traditions of Liguria carried on by the Possa winery in the vertical valley of Possaitara, in Riomaggiore. The heroic viticulture of Possa is dedicated to local grape varieties, respecting the nature surrounding the vineyards and working in the vineyard and cellar with highly artisanal methods. This blend of whites from the ancient Ligurian tradition presents itself with a territorial soul, which takes shape on the nose with notes of Mediterranean scrub and on the palate materializes in a savory and marine sip. The pleasure of a genuine and sincere label, which for these characteristics belongs to the Triple A category.

This Cinque Terre Bianco is a macerated white that is born from a blend of typical indigenous white grape varieties of Ligurian viticulture, Bosco and Albarola. The vines of these two varieties are about 40 years old and are trained using the low pergola system within a mainly marine terroir, characterized by the presence of sand and gravel derived from sandstone. The must ferments spontaneously in steel tanks with a maceration period of 5 days. The aging takes place for half of the mass in small oak and acacia barrels and for the other half in steel containers. After 8 months of maturation, Possa proceeds with bottling and marketing operations.

The Possa Cinque Terre presents itself visually with a beautiful straw yellow color, with more golden reflections that can be seen in the rim. Refreshing Mediterranean notes envelop the nose, which also tells of more citrus and nutty notes; in the finish, there is a slight menthol sensation. On the palate, it is light-bodied, characterized by a fresh sip from which emerges a savory taste that encourages a light and very smooth drink. A label that honors the indigenous Ligurian grape varieties and tells the heroic viticulture of the province of La Spezia.
