The Collio Bianco "Stare Brajde" is a white wine of beautiful aromatic breadth, vinified and aged in medium-sized oak barrels. Rich and articulated aromas of yellow fruit, citrus peel, honey and toasted almonds enrich a mineral, fresh, soft, structured and persistent sip

The "Stare Brajde" Collio Bianco is a wine that encapsulates the beauty of the aromatic spectrum of three white grape varieties that, in this part of Friuli, are strongly characteristic: Malvasia, Ribolla, and Friulano. A triptych that contributes to giving a particular charm to the aromas that can be sensed in this label, where the range of aromas evolves minute by minute. Thanks also to the aging in wood, which certainly enhances the profile of this white, which immediately shows its personality on the palate.

This Collio Bianco wine "Stare Brajde" is born from the happy union of three strongly representative white grape varieties of the Collio terroir, namely Malvasia Istriana, Ribolla Gialla, and Friulano. Three grapes that are cultivated using the guyot and double inverted system, within hilly vineyards located near San Floriano del Collio. We are within a marl terroir, rich in potassium. The grapes, once harvested, are gently pressed, and then the static decantation of the must continues. The fermentation alcoholic takes place in oak tonneaux for 8-10 days. It always remains in tonneaux for at least 8 months on the fine lees, and then continues to mature after bottling, directly in glass for at least 12 months.

This "Stare Brajde" is a Collio Bianco DOC that, in the glass, presents itself with a bright straw yellow color, with evident reflections tending towards gold. The aromas that develop on the nose are rich and concentrated, and from more fruity aromas they shift towards mineral, also presenting more woody and toasted nuances, resulting from the aging period. On the palate, it is well-structured, delicate, enveloping, with a savory mineral sip of excellent quality, endowed with a long persistence. A label with which the Muzic winery showcases its production skills in creating a harmonious and balanced blend.
