The Crozes Hermitage from the Rhône Valley winery Domaine Alain Graillot is a Syrah that fully expresses the character of the terroir. The whole cluster vinification is carried out in steel tanks, while the aging is conducted in used oak barrels for 12 months. Juicy and balanced, the nose reveals aromas of blueberry and currant accompanied by spicy hints of pepper and licorice.
