The Dolcetto d’Alba by Bosco Agostino is a Dolcetto from La Morra, a fresh and immediate version of this wine loved by producers. The wine is racked before bottling to limit reduction. On the nose, an initial vegetal trace emerges that opens up to ripe cherries, aromatic herbs, and a typical violet finish. On the palate, it is dry with a fresh finish and a pleasant bitter touch. It pairs well with simple dishes from the Piedmontese tradition such as agnolotti with ragù.
