The Etna Bianco Monte Gorna from Cantine Nicosia is a white wine born from aging in steel and a brief passage in wood, made from grapes grown in the volcanic sands of Etna. It presents a straw yellow color accompanied by hints of broom and chamomile flowers, white fruit, and honey, interspersed with mineral notes. The sip is soft and deep, well expressing the savory notes of the terroir, along with nuances of ripe exotic fruit. The citrus and mineral persistence reveals its Mediterranean soul.
