The Franciacorta Saten by Bellavista is produced exclusively from white grapes of the same vintage, in this case pure Chardonnay. Another particular characteristic of the Saten is the pressure of the bottles, which must be less than 5 bars. This results in a sparkling wine that is silky, velvety, with a fine and less perceptible perlage.Coming from Chardonnay vines that have the best exposure, the grapes are meticulously selected first in the vineyard and then in the winery. The aging of the base wines takes place in small white oak barrels, which are then blended for the sparkling process.
