The Franciacorta Nature 61 Blanc de Blancs by Berlucchi is a very elegant and balanced vintage sparkling wine, produced with aging on the lees for 5 years. It expresses a rich and aristocratic bouquet of fruit, citrus, flowers, aromatic herbs, and brioche bread. The sip is vibrant, taut, fresh, and mineral, with pleasant and creamy effervescence.

The Franciacorta Nature Blanc de Blancs 61 Berlucchi is a vintage wine of great elegance and finesse, the result of a selection of grapes from different parcels of the estate and a long aging on the lees, which lasts for over 5 years. It is a Classic Method that expresses the best qualities of pure Chardonnay, enhanced by the choice of a zero dosage and the typical evolutionary notes of the noble Burgundy grape. It offers delicate, complex aromas, rich scents that range from ripe yellow fruit to citrus notes, to the softness of pastries, always well balanced by a lively mineral freshness.

The Nature Blanc de Blancs 61 is a Franciacorta that originates from one of the wineries that has most contributed to the history of Franciacorta and that still today continues to be one of the most prestigious brands of the denomination. Berlucchi has quickly established itself for the quality of its labels, always positioned among the best expressions of the territory. On the soft hills of the moraine hills south of Lake Iseo, Pinot Noir and especially Chardonnay are express at very interesting levels for the production of sparkling bases. The possibility of relying on a vast park of vineyards in different areas of the territory and an extraordinary experience in the art of bottle fermentation allows Berlucchi to propose a label of absolute excellence.

The Blanc de Blancs 61 from the famous Berlucchi winery is a Franciacorta Nature that expresses the excellence of a great pure Chardonnay, particularly appreciated by those who love the Classic Method in its most refined and linear version. At the end of the harvest, the best grapes from different parcels are fermented in steel. Before the final blending, the base wines rest on the lees in barriques for about 6 months. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with a sur lattes period of at least 60 months. The color is light straw yellow with brilliant golden reflections. On the nose, it opens with notes of white flowers, citrus, ripe yellow fruit, hints of pastries and honey. On the palate, it is rich and broad, with a sip particularly harmonious and long, which closes with a persistent finish, of remarkable freshness and sapidity. An unmissable Franciacorta for all enthusiasts.
