The Bellavista Franciacorta Rosé is produced in limited quantities: only 3% of the total production is allocated to this label, which represents a precious jewel of the maison. High quality, appealing appearance, softness, and aromatic cleanliness are the right words to describe this sparkling wine produced using the Metodo Classico from a single vintage, with aging on the lees in the bottle for 36 months. The base cuvée comes from a selection of over 30 base wines, some of which ferment and age in small barrels of white oak. At the end of the entire production process, which originates from a unique and astonishing know-how, the aromatic richness of red fruits and flowers, yeast, and brioche integrates into an impeccable balance.
