An extremely versatile sparkling wine, with which the winery confirms its name within the Lombard Franciacorta. The Franciacorta Rosé Brut Freccianera is made by combining 60% Pinot Nero with 40% Chardonnay. The vines of these two international varieties, extremely complementary when presented in sparkling form, grow within some of the most vocated parcels, under the constant attention of the winery team. The grapes, once harvested and brought to the winemaking facilities, ferment alcoholically in steel at controlled temperature; 30% of the mass of Pinot Nero is macerated on the skins. The refermentation then takes place in glass, following the typical production processes of the Metodo Classico. The wine remains to age on the lees for 40 months, after which the dosage, disgorging, and bottling operations are carried out.
The Freccianera Rosé presents itself visually with a clear and bright rosé color, enlivened by a fine bubble, endowed with a nice persistence. The olfactory profile is organized on a progression of intense and enveloping fruity notes, which also highlight references to the world of yeasts and bread crust. On the palate, it has good structure, is harmonious, with a cheerful and lively sip, characterized by a pleasant sapidity and a refreshing drinkability.
