The Franciacorta Rosé Extra Brut Camossi develops in the glass with a light rosé color, crossed by lines of fine bubbles, endowed with good persistence. The range of aromas presented to the nose is subtle, organized with fruity touches expressed in different nuances. On the palate, it has a medium body, which enters gracefully and linearly, highlighting a pleasant mineral vein during the sip. A label that feels at home at the table, especially when paired with fish and shellfish dishes: it is special with amberjack and sea bass tartare.
