Franciacorta Rosé Extra Brut by Muratori is a Classic Method sparkling wine with fresh, citrusy and delicate notes, the result of an assembly of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and of an aging on the lees for 30 months. Notes of citrus, grapefruit, currant, rose, broom and bread crust enrich an elegant body, slender and vibrant freshness, with a very fine bubble

The Franciacorta Rosé Extra Brut by Muratori is a label with a classic face, part of the Rosés with an authentic character, based on a good structure and aromatic persistence and on a dry and austere sip, far from the easy caramel softness of a certain drift of the type. It is made with an equal percentage of Pinot Nero, which gives power and expressive verticality, and Chardonnay, which helps enrich the bouquet with elegant floral and fruity notes. A perfect combination of two great grapes, it brings into the glass the fresh and savory character of Franciacorta.

The Rosé Extra Brut, Franciacorta by Muratori, is the result of an in-depth zoning work of the Villa Crespia estate, which has highlighted six different soil compositions and allowed the selection of vineyards with the most suitable characteristics for the realization of each label. The grapes of Pinot Nero and Chardonnay, used to make the Rosé, come from a plot of a couple of hectares characterized by soils of fine deposits of loamy nature. The two are processed separately and after soft pressing the musts are vinified in white in temperature-controlled steel tanks, using indigenous yeasts. The base wines rest in steel tanks for 7/8 months, partially undergoing malolactic fermentation, before being blended to create the cuvée. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico, with aging on the lees for at least 30 months.

The Franciacorta Rosé Extra Brut by Muratori fits into the best tradition of this type of sparkling wines, characterized by a good structure and aromatic intensity. Precisely for these characteristics, it is a bottle with a gastronomic vocation, to be enjoyed at the table with first courses with shrimp and scampi, seafood stews, carpaccio, and delicate white meats. In the glass, it presents a beautiful pale pink color, bright and luminous, crossed by a very fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet releases fragrant aromas of small red berries, raspberry, currant, wild strawberries, aromas of pomegranate, hints of bread crust, nuances floral, spicy, and dried fruit. On the palate, it is intense and rich, with a deep and persistent sip, which anticipates a dry, fresh, and mineral finish.
