This white wine from Feudi di Romans comes from the same grapes, cultivated in the vineyards that follow the flow of the Isonzo river. We find ourselves within a particular terroir, alternating gravelly areas with sandy ones rich in pebbles. After a gentle pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for a total of 9 days. It then undergoes final aging, carried out in steel for a few months, until the winery deems the wine ready for be bottled and marketed.
The Friulano wine from Feudi di Romans takes on a straw yellow color in the glass, endowed with a pleasant brightness. On the nose, delicate and never too intrusive notes are perceived, moving on fruity tones, enriched by notes of chamomile and more floral sensations. It enters the palate with a light sip, decidedly smooth thanks to a good fresh vein, from which a savory taste emerges. A label that will make you happy at the table when paired with various fish-based recipes and preparations; if you want to try a regional pairing, then we recommend a good slice of San Daniele ham accompanied by some Montasio cheese.
