"Habemus Nero" is a red wine with a concentrated, rich, and robust taste made from Syrah grapes from the Viterbo area. It is aged for 30 months in barrique, giving the nose a mature and broad aromatic profile, composed of notes of red fruit in spirit, cherry jam, peppery hints, sweet spices, and a toasted trail of cocoa and coffee. On the palate, it is powerful, warm, and elegant, with a soft and firm structure, and a long persistence.
