The Malbec “Catena” by Catena Zapata is the base red of one of the most renowned Argentine wineries. The Catena family has been working hard for over a century, and today they can be proud to have made Mendoza one of the most famous regions in the world of oenology. On the nose, it offers hints of red fruit and sweet spices, along with intriguing vegetal notes reminiscent of tobacco and cocoa. The sip is full, silky, and very warm, but balanced by the freshness typical of these terroirs.
it has a tannic texture well integrated into the body of the wine and ripe fruit. The finish is fresh, fruity, and very persistent.
