The 'Inca' Vallisto Malbec is a traditional Argentine Malbec, full-bodied and fruity, born from a project to safeguard the historical realities of Argentina. This Malbec comes from the Cafayate valley, where some of the highest vineyards in the world are located. Here, the grapes ripen slowly and fully, thanks to the ideal temperature excursions for quality viticulture. On the nose, it offers typical hints of dark fruits, along with spicy notes. The tannic structure and juiciness make it perfect with red meats, medium-aged cheeses, and cold cuts.
