Talcomraja's Merlot 'Sang de Saulò Mica' originates in Arenys de Munt, in the heart of the hills north of Barcelona. The winery works without clarification and with only spontaneous fermentation, testifying to an all-round artisanal approach. The nose expresses notes of juicy plum, red rose and black pepper; on the palate it is soft, round and fresh. This young wine is ideal with grilled meats and traditional Mediterranean dishes, such as a veal chop
