The "I Dolia" Oil by Lunae Bosoni is an Extra Virgin with a delicate, fresh, and fruity character, made from a blend of Moraiolo, Leccino, and Frantoiano varieties. With its emerald color and refined, fine imprint, with bitter and slightly spicy touches, it offers an aromatic profile of artichoke, aromatic herbs, white-fleshed fruit, and savory sensations

Extra Virgin Olive Oil “I Dolia Lunae” by Lunae Bosoni is produced in the estate of an important Italian wine producer. It is a high-quality oil that perfectly expresses the best traditions of a territory where the olive tree has always coexisted with the vineyard. It comes from a blend of three cultivars: Moraiolo, Leccino, and Frantoiano. Moraiolo is a very common variety in the central regions of Italy and is appreciated for the high quality of its oil, fruity, intense, and rich in polyphenols. Leccino is found throughout the peninsula and yields a light and balanced oil, particularly suitable for blends. Finally, Frantoiano is a variety widely cultivated in Tuscany and valued for its fruity and slightly aromatic oil.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil “I Dolia Lunae” by Lunae Bosoni is produced in the hilly area that rises from the sea towards the first foothills of the Apuane Alps. The area enjoys an ideal microclimate, sheltered from the cold northern winds by the mountains and tempered by the breezes of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The medium-textured soils, rich in skeleton, are particularly suitable for olive cultivation. The olives are hand-picked to preserve the integrity of the fruit. The processing is done cold, and the olives are crushed within 24 hours to safeguard the scents and aromas. The oil is then transferred to stainless steel tanks, ready to be bottled.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil “I Dolia Lunae” by Lunae Bosoni expresses itself with an elegant and delicate character. It presents a deep and bright green color with luminous golden yellow reflections. On the nose, it expresses subtle aromas that mainly recall the plant world, freshly cut grass, artichoke, aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub, and fresh almond. The taste is fruity and smooth, with a slightly bitter and spicy finish. It is an extra virgin oil particularly suitable for pairing with vegetables, raw or steamed fish, seafood, and baked fish.
