Dindarello is a Passito wine from Veneto made from Moscato grapes, an excellent pairing with pastries or tarts. On the palate, it is sweet and very fresh, with intense aromatic notes of honey, fruit, and white flowers, with a long and pleasant persistence.

"Dindarello" from the Venetian winery Maculan is a Passito wine made from the grapes of the pure Moscato Bianco variety, grown in the hilly area of Breganze, north of the city of Vicenza. It is a wine that fits into the great Veneto tradition of sweet wines, to be enjoyed with some small dry pastries or fruit tarts at the end of dinner or brought to the table with a board of savoury aged cheeses. It is a young and fresh Passito that, thanks to vinification only in steel, preserves the typical scents and aromas of the Muscat grape, its floral and fruity fragrance.

Passito "Dindarello" comes from one of the most important wineries in the Breganze area. Maculan is a family business that has carved out a prominent place for itself in the Veneto wine scene, thanks to a continuous search for quality starting from the vineyard. The estate covers about 40 hectares, on the hills behind the Venetian Pre-Alps, in a cool and sunny area, particularly suitable for viticulture, also due to the presence of soils of ancient volcanic origin, rich in minerals. Vineyards with a high planting density, a constant commitment to improving the quality of the grapes, and work in the cellar that is always careful to preserve the integrity of the fruit, are the principles on which Maculan's success is based. The great Veneto tradition of Passiti wines is combined with a desire to give voice to this ancient custom, with wines that have an elegant profile, never overly sweet.

Maculan's "Dindarello" is a Passito made from the best grapes from the Moscato Bianco vines, which, at the end of the harvest, are placed to dry for about a month in a fruit store. Once the berries dehydrate, concentrating sugars and aromas, they are fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine matures for a few months in steel tanks before bottling. In the glass, it has a straw-yellow colour with bright golden highlights. The bouquet is reminiscent of orange blossom, white flowers, citrus, tropical fruit and soft honeyed nuances. The sip is harmonious, with an extraordinary balance between aromatic richness and final freshness. An ideal Passito for those who do not like excessive and cloying sweetness.
