ArtisanalThe "PG Rosa" by Ferlat is a Friulian rosé wine that comes from a few days of maceration on the skins of Pinot Grigio. The sip is fresh and lively, delicate and smooth, with a slight tannin and floral notes of cherry, pomegranate, and wild strawberry.
Ferlat Pinot Grigio ‘PG Rosa’ has a coppery pink color with salmon reflections. The nose evokes fragrances of pomegranate, cherry, sour cherry, and aromatic herbs, combined with very pleasant floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, delicate, and easy-drinking, not lacking in softness and complexity, with light tannins and a crisp savory finish. A refined “in pink” interpretation of Pinot Grigio that pairs well with structured seafood dishes, such as salmon fillet in crust.
