The Pinot Bianco wine is born in the lands of the Grave del Friuli area, among the countryside that descends from Pordenone towards the border with Veneto. The Vigneti Le Monde winery is located in Prata di Pordenone and manages a large estate in a predominantly flat area, characterized by soils made up of alluvial gravels mixed with clays and limestone. The mild and breezy climate is particularly suitable for viticulture. In the vineyard, no herbicides are used and all the company is inspired by the principles of environmental sustainability. The best Pinot Bianco grapes undergo a cold maceration for a period of 24-36 hours and after soft pressing, the must is sent for fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, it ages for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
