Pouilly Vinzelles 'Les Quarts' Domaine la Soufrandiere 2022

"Les Quarts" from Domaine la Soufrandiere is a lively and pulsating Chardonnay from Burgundy. Grown on soft soil of Jurassic origin, the grapes, once hand-picked, are fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for a period of 17 months in steel tanks and wooden barrels. A label with great aging potential, it expresses a dense, balanced, and deep version of the grape variety. The glass ignites with buttery hints, notes of ripe fruit, and citrus and floral aromas.
