Refosco Sirch 2023

The Refosco di Sirch is an intense Friulian red, capable of expressing the great ability of Friuli to amaze with its indigenous reds. The grapes are grown on marls and sandstones, responsible for richness and finesse at the same time. On the nose, it offers crunchy notes of dark fruit, a profile crowned by a hint of licorice. On the palate, it reveals warmth, structure, and a very persistent sip. Ideal with robust dishes, grilled meats, game, and stuffed pasta even in broth.
