The Riesling Grand Cru ‘Zotzenberg’ is an excellent Alsatian Riesling, coming from a prestigious area of ‘Bas Rhin’. Hand-picked, spontaneous fermentations, long aging on the fine lees: the artisan hand of the producer is expressed this way, with care and dedication to the land and fruit. On the nose, it expresses white flowers, citrus, and tropical fruit, with typical mineral hints. On the palate, it is full and supported by vibrant tension and freshness.
