The Riesling ‘Moia’ from Cantina di Trento is produced from grapes originating from southern Germany, now fully at home among the Dolomite mountains. After a brief cold maceration, the must ferments in steel and ages for six months on the fine lees, enhancing the balance between freshness and minerality. On the nose, it opens with hints of ripe apricot, white peach, and citrus echoes. The sip is elegant, tense, with a clear saline imprint and a lively, intense freshness.
