Pasqua Vini's '11 Minutes' Rosé is made from an original blend of Corvina, Trebbiano, Syrah and Carmenère, vinified with a very short contact time of just 11 minutes between the skins and the must. Fermentation in steel at low temperature keeps the floral and fruity aromas of this 'almost white' wine with its distinctive flavour intact. The nose offers notes of wild strawberry, pomegranate and rose, while the palate is fresh, balanced and velvety. It pairs beautifully with fish and vegetable dishes, such as risotto with asparagus and prawns
