Avignonesi's Red 'Ventisei' represents a fresh and immediate approach to Tuscan blends. Only steel is used for this wine, along with partial carbonic maceration, all to maintain freshness and lightness. Intense aromas of candied fruit such as strawberry, raspberry and pomegranate open up to a juicy, very fresh and finely spiced palate. Perfect with pappardelle pasta with Tuscan wild boar ragù
