The Saint Joseph Rouge from the French winery J. Denuziere is a pure Syrah perfect for pairing with duck dishes or meat sauces. After careful manual selection of the grapes, the winemaking continues in steel before finishing with aging in wood for at least 12 months before being ready. The bright ruby red color with purple reflections enhances aromas of berries, cocoa, and toasted bread. The taste is soft, velvety, fruity, with a slightly spicy finish.
