The grapes are the result of vines grown as bush vines in a sunny hilly area, at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level. The soils are composed of sands and red clays, particularly suited for the cultivation of Sangiovese. Fermentation occurs spontaneously and with the use of only indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. To preserve the varietal aromas of the grapes and the fragrance of the aromas, aging involves a few months of rest in steel and subsequent bottling.
