The grapes macerate for a long period of about 5 months, an extracting period that generates a juicy and intense profile, all while the amphora, an inert container, preserves great freshness. On the nose, it reveals great juice and subtle hints of pepper, with a clear aroma of Mediterranean herbs on the finish. On the palate, it stands out for a dry yet harmonious sip, with silky tannins and a mineral freshness that recalls the Tuscan territory. Ideal with structured first courses like pici with hare ragù or red meats like Florentine steak.
