The Sauvignon "Pajze" is a white wine from Collio with a fresh and aromatic profile, matured in steel tanks to maintain all the fruit's freshness. The olfactory profile is composed of exotic fruit, menthol tones, and notes of aromatic herbs that lead to a juicy and persistent tasting experience, driven by a clear and pleasant freshness.

The Sauvignon Pajze is a Friulian white wine with an aromatic profile, which, thanks to a refinement carried out only in steel, maintains a crisp and fresh olfactory identity, which reveals itself from the very first moments when the wine is poured into the glass. A label that encapsulates the passion and dedication of all four generations of the Muzic family who, since 1927, have tread the lands surrounding San Floriano del Collio, where the winery is still located today. A production reality strongly anchored to these areas, aiming to create labels with a strong aromatic imprint, just like this Sauvignon.

This white wine Pajze is a Sauvignon that is born from the pure use of the namesake grapes, grown on the typical hilly lands of the Friulian Collio, predominantly composed of sandstone marls, which give rise to the so-called "ponca". The training system is that of double overturned, and the grapes, once harvested and brought to the winemaking facilities of Muzic, undergo a skin maceration for 12 hours, fermenting alcoholically in steel containers for 8-10 days. The refinement phase then continues, carried out in steel on the fine lees for a few months, until bottling.

The Pajze is a Sauvignon that, in the glass, presents itself with a golden yellow color. The aromas that alternate on the nose evoke notes of aromatic herbs, enriched by citrus and savory touches. On the palate, it is light-bodied, subtle, with a fresh sip, characterized by a slightly almondy aftertaste. A bottle of truly excellent craftsmanship, which receives praise from the main Italian sector guides: to be tasted without hesitation, also considering the good gastronomic versatility that characterizes it!
