The Syrah “What Syrah Will It Be” is an intense and playful wine that Madrevite, a flagship winery of the Umbrian Trasimeno, produces for those who want to enjoy a carefree moment at the table. The glass presents the intense red color of Syrah, a grape variety as dark to the eye as it is ‘dark’ to the nose: blueberries, blackberries, black pepper… On the palate, it is elegant, velvety, and deep, but also fresh and juicy. Not austere but robust, a perfect pairing with succulent meat or cheese dishes
