Veritas' Torrevento 2024

The Rosé "Veritas" from the Torrevento winery is made entirely from Bombino Nero grapes. It undergoes soft pressing and the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. With an intense rosé color, it presents fruity notes of berries, cherry, unripe plum, and raspberries, with a slight herbaceous note on the finish. The palate is full and fresh, with hints of currant and rose. Excellent and versatile, it pairs well with appetizers and seafood or white meat dishes.
