The McConnel's Irish Blended Sherry Cask Whisky is a fruity and winey expression of this historic Northern Irish brand. This selection matures for 5 years in bourbon barrels and has a final refinement in Oloroso Sherry casks chosen by the company's Master Distiller. On the nose, dried figs and cinnamon blend with bitter chocolate and leather. On the palate, it is soft, sweet, and subtly winey, with a velvety tannic texture. An excellent pairing with caramel desserts and smoked cured meats.

Intense amber with dark mahogany reflections, dense and enveloping
Scent:
A lot of dried fruit such as figs, nutmeg, and dark chocolate, with a finish of treated leather
Taste:
Rather soft and warm, with slight winey and sweet sensations, subtle tannins, fresh on the finish
